Shipping, returns & privacy

Equipment and condition

New and tested pre-owned equipment are clearly identified. Read the condition, test results, included accessories and warranty on each product page before ordering. A tested pre-owned item is not represented as new or manufacturer refurbished.

Shipping & payment

Orders ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $15.00 per order. Applicable tax and the final total appear at Stripe Checkout. Orders marked available to order may require supplier lead time; contact us before buying if timing is critical. Payment confirmation is required before fulfillment.

Returns & warranty

Request a return from Your orders within 30 days of payment. Select the affected items and quantities. Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping. Return shipping responsibility and any proposed deduction are confirmed during approval. Contact support for warranty assistance after the online return window. Product-specific warranty terms are recorded with your order.

Returns are inspected before an RMA refund is issued. An order cancellation before shipment can be refunded separately. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; posting time depends on your bank. Partial refunds are identified in your account. Return labels are arranged by support; this store does not automatically purchase carrier labels.

Auction terms

Bids are binding. The highest qualifying bid wins if it meets the reserve. A late bid extends the end to five minutes after that bid. The winner has 48 hours to start checkout, then up to one hour to finish that payment session. Shipping and applicable tax are added; personal and loyalty discounts do not apply to bids. An expired or cancelled winning checkout forfeits the lot. Unpaid lots may be relisted.

Discounts

Qualifying spend over the preceding 365 days unlocks Silver at $1,000 (3%), Gold at $5,000 (5%), and Platinum at $15,000 (10%). Tax and shipping are excluded. Successful refunds reduce qualifying spend conservatively by their full amount. A personal discount replaces the loyalty rate; a contract product price takes priority. Discounts do not stack.

Privacy

We store account details, order information, shipping addresses and support/return records to operate the store. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this website. Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. For account, privacy or order assistance use our contact form. We will reply to the email address you provide.

Project enquiries

Our contact form collects the name, email, business location, message and optional callback number you submit so we can respond to your project enquiry. A short-lived essential session cookie protects the form. Server-side abuse controls use hashed network identifiers and limited request timestamps, stored outside the public website and periodically cleaned during form activity. Contact details and message contents are not included in website analytics or sent to Google Ads by this website.

Website usage analytics

We use first-party analytics to understand which public pages are useful. A randomly generated browser identifier and visit identifier are kept in local browser storage. We record page paths, approximate active viewing time, scroll depth, section attention, device category, referring domain and campaign labels when available. Product or auction item IDs may be included; other URL parameters, search terms, form contents, raw IP addresses and payment details are not recorded in this analytics database. Browser identifiers expire after 90 days and visits renew after 30 minutes of inactivity. Analytics records older than 90 days are removed in batches during website/report activity. We do not send these records to an outside analytics service. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals and exclude signed-in administrators. Clearing browser storage removes the identifier from that browser; it does not identify or delete previous pseudonymous server records. Contact us using the form above for privacy questions.
